BRB AGRICULTURE
All the agricultural products in our plantation are being produced in compliance with organic agriculture criteria and good agriculture practices; with fully organic seed cultivated from Heirlooms of ten thousand years of history with intact genetical structure.Utilizing modern production techniques that does no harm to environment and human health, our plantation allows production of safe and healthy agriculture products with Heirlooms containing no additives. Our goal is to conduct a totally natural and healthy food production and also adopt inland heirloom seeds to be able to hand down our lands to future generations with a sustainable agriculture for a sustainable life. In our plantation with fertile lands suitable for organic agriculture; we produce various cereals and legumes, organic vegetables and fruits using heirlooms that maintain their essence for centuries. Produced with inland Heirlooms, the einkorn wheat is being used in einkorn bulgur production, as animal feed and einkorn flour production.
CEREALS AND LEGUMES
In our plantation where organic agriculture is made with inland Heirlooms maintaining their essence for centuries, we produce totally organic cereal and legume products. In our plantation with fertile lands, we cultivate einkorn wheat using inland Heirlooms. Richer than other wheat kinds in protein, phenolics, tocopherols and carotenoids, the einkorn wheat is being ground to produce healthy einkorn flour. With einkorn flour free of any additives, it’s able to obtain healthier bakery products. The einkorn bulgur produced from Heirloom einkorn wheat and rich in minerals and vitamins; a unique nutrient you can use safely in your meals.
ORGANIC VEGETABLES
In our plantation suitable for organic vegetable cultivation; natural vegetable production is carried out without using any GMO seed, chemicals and hormones. By implementing conscious crop alternation, organic fertilizing and soil cultivation methods in organic vegetable production, we enable for the soil structure and microflora to be maintained. With the aim of producing natural and healthy food, we cultivate delicious organic vegetable products rich in vitamin and mineral in their season.
ORGANIC FRUITS
Natural fruit production in our plantation is carried out without using any hormone supplementation and chemical pesticides. We cultivate healthy and quality fruit products in their season, demonstrating all their characteristics at best. We carefully deliver natural fruits rich in vitamins, antioxidants, unsaturated fatty acids, enzymes and proteins , from our plantation to your tables.
